Today is a busy day for us. The EV rally is scheduled to start at 3:00p.m. Thus, we only have half a day to set up and reherse. We grabbed a quick bite of breakfast and headed out to the venue early in the morning.
早上我們吃過簡單的早餐之後, 就馬上趕到會場。

The rally was held at the most prestigeou Chinese School in Suva.
這次的佈道會在當地的華人學校 - 逸仙學校的禮堂舉行。

Everyone began their work as soon as they arrived at the venue.

因為衹有半天時間準備, 一到達會場, 我們就各就各位開始工作, 充分發揮合作精神。

Sr. Teresa patiently and humbly directed the decoration and all the beautiful flower arrangements. The simple gymnasium into a performing stage.

當地團體的準備非常充足, 不論是音響設備或是佈置也早有安排。

當地的小朋友會表演一段很有趣的舞蹈。

Many people including non-chinese came to help out to prepare for the concert. The children choir also came early to reherse with us.
基本的音響剛裝置好, 我們就馬上開始採排。

Due to time constrain, everyone had a very short time for break and lunch. Everyone took advantage of the this valuable time and ate lunch or took a short rest.
當地的教友很細心為我們準備了味道不錯的午餐飯盒和汽水。

The TV station came to interview Fr. Yan and the group. A short clip about the concert and the group was broadcasted the same night on Fijian TV.
當地的電視台訪問了恩神父, 也把整場佈道會拍攝了下來作轉播。

Before we kick off, we did a prayer with all the helpers.

開始前, 我們一起祈禱。

We were blessed with many talents. Leonard, from Auckland, came with us to Fiji after helping us at Auckland. Two local guitarist also came to help with the concert.

我們得到當地的兩位結他手幫忙演出。

Technicians from the sound system rental company also helped out with the great sound system.

我們的音響設備得到當地出租設備的公司的技術人員很友善的幫忙。

The local choir, consists many non-catholic youth, sang with us during the concert and a non-catholic youth was one of the master of ceremony.

佈道會開始, 練歌之後, 司儀Geodon和Martina介紹FOJP。

The children choir turned their dance into a live ocean sence with their hand-made creative costums and adorable faces.

當地小朋友表演非常可愛的舞蹈。

Our band members were multi-tasking. When Hin Hin is on the keyboard, Leonard is playing the drums.

軒軒彈琴的時候, Leonard充當鼓手。

The local youths not only helped out with the set-up, they also enjoyed the concert and the message that it brought.

當地的青年很有幹勁, 我們合作得很愉快。

Joseph made the witness testamony.

Joseph為我們作見證。

Since we were short handed, all the characters in the drama were played by FOJP members.

話劇, 這次的話劇所有的角色都由FOJP的成員負責, 效果一點也不比其他人差。

Fr. Yan spoked in both Cantonese and English about forgiveness and emphasized that forgiveness should start in the family.

神父分別用廣東話和英文作講道, 再一次說明寬恕一定得由家庭開始,
因為他就是從自己的媽媽身上見證了寬恕。

Everyone was asked to fill in the forgiveness card.

觀眾填寫寬恕卡, 表示願意寬恕一個自己憎恨了很久的人。

Many audience participated in the communal prayer. Many people were moved by the message that was brought to them and openly asked their friends and family for forgiveness.

雖然今天的觀眾為數衹有一百人左右, 比大家期待的少,
可是祈禱的時候, 大家都作出了非常感人和真誠的禱告。

About 20 non-catholics came up to the front to receive the Blessings from Fr. Yan.

神父降福了十數位願意接受祝福的人, 其中有多位都是來自中國, 還沒有宗教信仰的學生。

Everyone sang and rejoiced at the end of the concert.

來到尾聲, 所有人都非常興奮, 連恩神父也和我們玩成一團。

The concert ended at sunset. We were able to enjoy this magnificant gift from God.

整個佈道會進行了整整三小時, 收拾好之後已經是黃昏, 外面的景色非常美麗。

After the rally, the Chinese Fijian community prepared a tradition Fijian meal for us which includes "Kucoonda", raw fish with lemon and coconut sauce, taro, and chicken cooked in underground oven.
當晚, 當地教友為我們準備了地道特色的晚餐, 非常美味。

Immediately after dinner, we started our EV retreat. The retreat began with some Taize singing and ended silently for the night.
晚餐之後, 我們就開始避靜。
