As we passed the international day line, it was still Nov 25 when we arrived Tahiti in the morning.
因為過了換日線, 早上到達大溪地的時候, 日期仍然是11月25日！

A band was there in the airport to welcome all arrivers.
在機場更有一隊樂隊為到訪旅客演奏

The Catholics here gave us a warm welcome. We all got a flower ring which were made themselves.
當地的教友非常熱情, 給我們每人送上親手編織的花環

Then we arrived at a Legion of Mary's retreat house.
The surrounding was lovely and so fresh.
之後我們到聖母軍的避靜院放下行李, 那兒環境優美, 空氣清新

First thing of all, we prayed in the chapel.
我們先到小聖堂作祈禱, 開始一日的工作。

Then we went to the Chinese Pastoral Center.
之後我們去到當地的天主教華人中心

There was a white chapel in chinese style.
那裡有一間很有中國特色的小聖堂

The local Catholics made us delicious lunch: fish congee and French bread.
當地的教友已經為我們準備了午餐: 非常美味的魚粥和法國麵包

After lunch, the local Catholcs taught us to sing "Catholic Youth" in Haka.
飯後, 當地教友教我們唱他們當地的客家話福傳歌曲: "起來公教青年"

The Bishop came here to welcome us. As we were late due to flight delay, he had been waiting for us the whole morning.
之後, 當地的主教更親自到來歡迎我們, 原來因著我們航班的延遲, 害得主教苦候了一個早上呢！

In the afternoon, we looked around the venue, a school hall, where the EV concert will be held on coming Sunday. Then we held a production meeting with the local Catholics.
下午，我們到佈道會場地視察（將在星期日舉行）, 那是一所學校的禮堂；接著，我們也跟當地教友舉行製作會議。

Before mass, a local Catholic brought us to visit her house.
On the way, we met a French. He told us that twenty years ago, he came to Tahiti for a two weeks' holiday, but he just keep stay here till now. He feel the peacefulness of Tahiti.
在彌撒前, 一位教友帶我們到她家參觀；途中遇上一位法國人, 一問之下, 才知他原是來大溪地渡假兩星期, 結果一住便是20年, 因為他覺得這裡很和平。

When we arrived at the house, the local Catholic picked some coconuts and cut them. The coconut juice was so sweet and fresh.
教友把她家中的椰子採來, 更即場破開，讓我們品嚐鮮甜可口的椰子汁

Then we attend a French mass. After mass, we rehersed with the chour.
之後我們參與了一台法語彌撒, 彌撒後我們跟歌詠團一起練歌

During dinner, FOJP members made friends with the local Catholics.
We overcame the langauage barriers and chat with each other.
晚餐時, 逾越知音的成員各自融入當地的教友之中, 突破語言的障礙, 大家打成一片。

The local Catholics made so many dishes. We just could not finish all of them.
當地的教友各自帶來各式各樣的食物,我們吃了幾輪，也吃不完呢

After dinning, each of us were given a special Tahiti carpet.
飯後, 當地熱情的教友給我們每人送上大溪地特色的毛毯

The local chour sang us their songs of evanglization, and "Spirit of God" in French.
席間歌詠團為大家獻唱了幾首當地福傳歌曲, 更以法文唱了 "風隨意向哪裡輕吹"

Then we went back to the retreat house. We had a short meeting and prayer.
晚餐後, 我們回到住宿的地方, 做了一個簡短的會議和祈禱

In the airport, every guest received a little flower.
在機場, 每個到訪的旅客都獲贈一朵小花

The local Catholics even made us BBQ pork bun (large size).
當地教友為我們準備的食物中, 還有大大個的叉燒包
