After the Tea Break, we have group discussions. During the opening of the ICeE, participants have been asked to draw a picture of their ideal community of faith online. After three days of input and sharing, participants are requested to draw it again … we can see the difference of the two drawings … before and after the sharings …

 

 

 

 

 

 

To round up the Conference, Fr Yan, being the facilitator, lead the participants to discuss and reach
a consensus on certain concluding statements of the Conference. Participants express their views actively.

Mr John Poon from Australia, giving a presentation on controversial issues in creating faith communities onlin

He asked the audience whether media is friends or foes

He said media time is competing with learning time

He said those with clean hands and a humble heart can climb the mountain of God

Fr John Mishen: I went to a village last week but I could only see old people. When I asked where were the your people, an old lady said the young people could only be found on their phone or the internet.

Fr Giampietro said we all use the internet for evangelization, but how can we build youth communities.
We cannot attract all the youth, but if we can gather 10 or 20, we are changing the community.
