The astronauts on board were down with the shuttle. Although it will take a while to find out the reasons of this accident, 7 precious lives were definitely lost.
Let's pray for the souls of the astronauts, so that they can rest in peace.
Let's pray for the families of the astronauts, so that they can endure this difficult moment.
Let's pray for this nation. There are so many troubles our country is facing: war on terrorism, possible war in Iraq, poor economy, etc. We need the Holy Spirit to guide us through all these troubles, so that we can emerge as a stronger nation.
Lord, hear our prayers.
